This is directed to David Gabay, but speaks to the team, Dan Eliyahu, and the architect team who came to further plan out the next step of the project. I was impressed with the thoroughness of the architect and his associate in making sure things are set and ready for the design of the architectural plans. As a busy project director, I appreciated the time that Dan spent with us talking about the vision he has. It is not normal for a team of 4 to meet with a client to keep everything on task. As such I commend your organization, including Rachel, for making sure that my request and eventual arrangement of an architect was expedited in less than a week after I made an inquiry. If this is an example of the dedication to customer satisfaction, I can assure you that I will do my best to continue working with Future Vision.
