I was impressed with the thoroughness of the architect and his associate in making sure things are set and ready for the design of the architectural plans. As a busy project director, I appreciated the time that Dan spent with us talking about the vision he has. It is not normal for a team of 4 to meet with a client to keep everything on task. As such I commend your organization, including Rachel, for making sure that my request and eventual arrangement of an architect was expedited in less than a week after I made an inquiry. If this is an example of the dedication to customer satisfaction, I can assure you that I will do my best to continue working with Future Vision. Roy was helpful from the beginning with the renovation of my house. He made recommendations of materials (tile, countertop, hardware, etc) needed and kept me informed when everything will be arriving. He kept the remodel close to the schedule as planned and followed up when retouches needed to be done.
After planing on doing our kitchen and master bathroom for so many years we decided to finally do it.
We started our bidding on trying to find the right contractor for us and after meeting with 4 different contractors we decided to give the job to future vision remodeling and could not be any happier.
We must say roy was not the cheapest of them but by far, the most professional and creative.

Future Vision Remodeling was great -- good attention to detail and quality, and a special attention to scheduling, budget and communication that was considerably above the ordinary in my experience. Roy was in constant communication throughout the project. He would always call and give a time when the crew would arrive and they arrived at that time. They worked every day on the project until it was completed. Any problems that were encountered due to the way the home was built, such as walls not square, floors sloping, discovered leaks, etc. were professionally corrected and the project kept moving forward. First of all, let me start by saying thank you Roy and your incredible team for making my dream come true. My husband and I have been thinking of remodeling our place for years but there was always an issue with every company that came out to give us an estimate. Once we didnt feel a connection with the salesman, another time the price wasn't right and thats how we postponed our plans for years. I was randomly recommended to reach out to future vision remodeling and so I did. We had an instant connection with Roy who is so experienced in his work field. He made us feel extremely comfortable about this experience by going through every little detail of every corner in our house. We got everything we were promised prior to signing the contract as far as timing, price, etc. I highly recommend Roy and his team for any house remodeling, updates or construction because you wont find anyone who will be so patient, organized, responsible, experienced and on top of his game as Roy.
